1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our processing queue. Processing typically takes 3 â 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays), depending on order volume.
Please note: our stated shipping time of 3 â 5 days begins after your order has completed processing.
2. Shipping Time

After processing is complete, we aim to ship your order with our selected carrier.

The actual delivery time (once shipped) is estimated at 3 â 5 days for domestic orders.

Example: If your order finishes processing on a Wednesday, shipping time begins then and you might expect arrival by the following MondayâThursday (depending on carrier and your location).

Holidays, carrier delays, remote delivery locations, or customs (for international orders) may affect delivery speed.
3. Shipping Rates & Options

We offer Free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders.

Expedited or special shipping options (if any) may carry additional fees.
4. Shipping Destination & Carriers

5. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

6. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

While we strive to meet our processing and shipping timelines, delays beyond our control (carrier issues, weather, natural disasters, customs clearance, etc.) can occur.

If your package is lost or appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate, and reship the order.

If your package arrives damaged, please inspect it immediately and contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with photos and videos if applicable of the damage, so we can process a replacement.
